Доказано е - музиката ни влияе !




Слушането на музика може да повлияе върху психиката и физическото състояние на човек-разбира се,  зависи от възрастта и личностните характеристики на хората. Отчетена била увеличена сърдечна честота под звуците на рок и релаксиращ ефект върху тялото при бавна и медитативна музика.
Изследвания показали, че слушането на музика стимулира производството на допамин в мозъка. Мозъкът реагира по същия начин, когато види вкусна храна или нещо, което изглежда хубаво. Допаминът се отделя, дори само, когато човек се сети за любимата си песен. Именно отделянето на този химикал кара хората да се чувстват щастливи , докато слушат музика.
Чрез музикотерапия се лекуват хора, страдащи от различни здравословни проблеми - прекарали инфаркт, в клинично безсъзнание или страдащи от Паркинсон.
Всеки ден, дори 7-8 любими песни са достатъчни да ни заредят с положителна енергия, така че, включете на  max – в колата, в  офиса в обедната почивка или в кухнята, докато приготвяте спагети : )

WHY  BALLET ?


The dance is a combination of sport and art.

As sports activities in classical ballet develop discipline
and physical health.

The ballet as an art allows dancers to express their feelings, to give freedom of expression and imagination, to seek for the beauty in ourselves and the world around.

Learning classical ballet dance includes: the basic positions of legs and arms, body position, learning the history of ballet and choreography of small forms: ballet etudes and other variations.

The main training objectives were to develop the construction of correct posture, gait, breathing techniques and a sense of rhythm and coordination…and to have fun, of course!

LIFE is :





   1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctor worry about them. That is why you pay him/her.

   2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.

   3. Keep learning. Learn more about the gardening, computer, crafts, whatever...

   4. Enjoy the simple things.

   5. Laugh often, long and loud.

   6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

   7. Surround yourself with what you love, whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

   8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it.

   9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.

  10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER:


             Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take,  

                       but by the moment  that take our breath away.
