Floral prints are everywhere this spring

Expect a feminine more than ever. Girls dressing as girls again, a look we haven't seen in years!  Floral print was very popular back in the 70s and was revitalized in the 90s and now it looks to have made a return!

From Valentino to  D&G and  Cavalli designers took inspiration from summer gardens and floral bouquets. Simple and feminine  are the words that we’ll use  use to describe floral dresses of Valentino's collection. Pier Paolo Piccioli and Maria Grazia Chiuri seem to live in an enchanted garden, surrounded by flowers, sun and imagination. Their couture collection for Valentino spring 2013 again brought that enchantment to the Paris fashion week. Designers are part of reinvention of the floral trend in the upcoming season, but prints are more luxurious. Ruffles and  floral details items help enhance the impeccable lines featured in the collection, so prepare to be enchanted by elegant hues such as nude tones, black and white, pink, red, emerald green, and  pastels. Floral prints are everywhere this spring, from  romantic dresses to bold and exotic print leggings. It’s up to you with how floral you want to go.

Many women find flowers a bit hard to include in an outfit, but the task is a lot simpler than it seems. First of all, this trend should not be part of more than one component of the outfit or the accessories. A floral top looks beautiful with solid color bottoms and it is preferable to wear a dark solid color if the floral pattern is more on the bright side. A silk dress with a flower pattern will stand out amid millions of little black dresses.Nude sandals can help balance out any noisy prints and look classy.

The best part about the floral tend is that there isn’t any need to accessorize with a lot of glitzy jewelry or gems. So if you want to be bang on trend this season then go invest in your floral print! Ready to do some shopping?

Вдъхновяваща мисъл на деня:

Великите хора обсъждат идеи и умения, посредствените хора обсъждат вещи, а жалките хора обсъждат другите !

A quote of the day :

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice and most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want. Everything else is secondary.

Eat smart !

Let’s start- aim for about 2 cups of fruit a day.  This, by the way, is the same as the recommendation you sometimes hear to eat 4 servings of fruit a day-that’s based on ½ cup servings.  This guideline is for an average-sized person, eating about 2,000 calories a day. If you’re on the small side or you need to watch your calories, cut back to 1 or 1 ½ cups a day. If you’re very active, you may be able to increase it to 3 cups a day.   A cup is about the size of your fist.  An average-size apple, orange, or banana would count as a cup. For maximum nutrition and health, fresh fruits are your best choice.

Go for variety.  Because different types of fruits feature different nutrient profiles, your best bet is to eat a wide variety of fruit.  Always start with whatever is local and in season where you live.

Watch the portion sizes on dried fruit.   Portion sizes are different for dried fruit than for fresh fruit. A quarter cup of raisins or a third of a cup of dried apricots, prunes, or apple slices is equal to one cup of fresh fruit.

Eat fruit instead of sweets.  Most diet plans include a small number of discretionary calories. It’s often about 15% of your total calories. So, if you eat about 2,000 calories a day, you get 200 or so to spend on whatever you want.  You can spend it on a chocolate cookie or a glass of wine.

Kitchen Islands –choosing the best!

A lot of life happens in the kitchen. Don’t you think so?! No matter how different our lifestyles may be, a lot of activity revolves around the kitchen.

That’s why kitchen islands designs have become one of the most requested features for home buyers when searching for a new home

A movable kitchen island adds versatility.Use it!

A movable kitchen island offers more room when you and your friends want to cook a huge meal and each person takes a section of the kitchen to prepare. Once your meal is complete, roll your kitchen island out of the way for added space.  Movable kitchens are ideal for smaller kitchens

An island adds storage area

If your kitchen is lacking storage areas, a kitchen island may solve your problem.  With the option of additional drawers, pull out shelves, and cabinets, the island is an extension to your existing casework.

A kitchen island is perfect for kids

Yes, it is! Whether it is homework time or they pitch in to help make dinner, a kitchen island is a great place for kids to feel part of the action and be in close eye view.

Kitchen islands work well in U-shape and L-shape kitchens because they shorten the distance between work centers and direct traffic outside the work core. Islands also add aesthetic effect that can change the whole appearance of every kitchen
